i just thought that the question box of the november km was strange the way it was worded.

i tried to scan it but could not get it to come up so i will type it out.. ("who should fill out coupons and internet requests?.

our publications often contain coupons that can be filled out and sent to the branch office to request literature or a visit from jehovah's witnesses.

The Aliens need an answer

the gilead letter was read last night at the meeting, i had to listen in as they have reinstated my phone line, whatever.. so anywho the service overseer gave the part and he said that jehovah's organization is moving so fast that even what they have printed just a few months ago is now old and they just received a letter from the fs that was to be read tonight from the fs!.

the way he read it, he made it very exciting and like jehovah's chosen religion is moving so fast that it can hardly keep up and the letter was just proof.

the way this elder read the letter it made it sound like the married couples school is going to be so wonderful that it would suppress gilead in wonderfulness.. the elder doing the part then went on and on about how our educational programs are so much, much better than anything out in satan's world.

This guy told the elder that the two weeks he spent at pioneer school he learned more than his four years at collage and his working at Microsoft put together.

BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pioneer school is the most useless waste of 2 weeks you can imagine!

The Coming Disaffected

i received a note from an up-and-coming film producer working on a witness film, and in the conversation i mentioned:.

as soon as i finish working out the bugs on the freeminds.org site, i want to build a brand new hi-tech site that is friendly to smartphones and the younger disaffected "ex" jw crowd.

we intend to welcome all who have been abused by the abusive watchtower control techniques, whatever subculture they new are trying to identify with (if any).

one of my other posts mentioned briefly how the c.o.b.e.

of my "former" hall is trying to make it a rule of no football,especially for elders and servants.. of course,as a woman i would never qualify to be a servant,nor do i want to be.

but,i still enjoy watching a bit of the nfl.

ex-witness to atheist

hey all i was a witness most of my life in the lansing area of michigan.

i've glanced at online communities like this before but mostly shyed away from them because after leaving the organization i became an atheist.

i'm not ashamed of it by any means, but these forums and websites seem to be mostly filled with folks who are still religious but just don't agree with the governing body's methods.

Actually I believe this board is split. I classify myself as a spiritual atheist. I feel that being a dub if you are able to free yourself you will eventually free yourself of the whole god concept.

This is my take on it.

I classify myself as a spiritual atheist. I dont believe in god as it has been represented to us but I understand mans inclination to look to a higher power. In the beginning they formed various myths and legends to explain the unknown and the un-explainable.

In time other's who sought to control and rule people found it easy to use these beliefs to control and subjugate. Religion is the ultimate refined whip of control and enslavement.

i was reading today about all these people who are upset at the big banks for charging more for accounts, to off-set cost for the change in regulations.

people were saying, "banks are greedy" and "banks are unfair.

" which is the common thought among society about several key industries.
